Inventory went up!
Properties are selling but the inventory is still very low.
For Buyers: With the right realtor you could have MORE nogotiating power.
For Sellers: The market is definitely a sellers market and in most case you have more control than a buyer. We are noticing that over priced homes are getting little-to-no showings.
