  • There is a lot of negative and false speculation on the market right now.
  • The sooner you reach out the more prepared you will be, resulting in the best and most educated decision.

  • INVENTORY IS STILL REALLY LOW!! I’ve been saying it for months and this month is no different. It’s fast-paced and only the prepared survive.
  • Less homes were put under contract most likely because less homes are available
  • For Buyers: The Feds are meeting next month to potentially raise interest rates.
  • For Sellers: The market is definitely a sellers market and in most case you have more control than a buyer. I can help you utilize that to your advantage.

April 2017 Market update and Newsletter


March was a very strong month and for most areas now is the best time to be putting your home on the market. Rates are still low and projected to rise. Tracking the data from most zip codes we see that it’s the best time of the year from new contracts which means NOW is the time to sell.

If you’re looking to purchase a home it’s still a great time to be buying a home. You just need to make sure that you have all your ducks in a row before you start looking for a home.
